CDT has agreed to provide permanent financing for Port Jefferson Crossing, a 45-unit new construction affordable housing development with ground floor commercial space. The property is located in the Village of Port Jefferson in Suffolk County, New York.
CDT’s 30-year, $3,985,000 loan funds the new development which consists of 40 affordable units and 5 middle-income units limited to 130% AMI.
Partnering on the project are the Community Development Corporation of Long Island, Inc. and Conifer Realty.
