CDT has agreed to provide a 30-year, $4,300,000 loan to finance a 50-unit affordable housing development located in Greenport, NY on the eastern end of Long Island.
Vineyard View is a newly constructed, 50-unit affordable housing project supporting families with incomes at or below 60% AMI. It is a townhome-style development consisting of six residential buildings with 51,964 square feet of leasable space and one community building on a 17.29-acre site.
Partners on the project are Community Development Corporation of Long Island and Conifer Realty.
