Transaction Highlights

CDT shares a general partnership interest in Amy Lowell House with HallKeen Management. Purchased in 2004, the property has a first mortgage from MassHousing that is still in place. With this acquisition, CDT helped to preserve the affordability of 80% of the units for families earning less than 60% of area median income.
